Most 3PL warehousing providers offer one temperature zone. Maybe two. Pakval runs four from a single food-grade facility in Melbourne and Brisbane, purpose-built for FMCG warehousing: frozen, chilled, ambient and confectionery.

Ice cream and frozen seafood sit in the same operation as chilled dairy, ambient dry grocery and temperature-sensitive chocolate. All managed by one team, with one point of contact. No splitting stock across multiple warehouses. No coordinating between providers who don’t talk to each other.

Our facilities are HACCP, SQF and WQA certified, with food-grade handling, temperature monitoring and compliance documentation built into every stage.

REPACK AND THAW — ON-SITE, NOT OUTSOURCED

Off-site repack adds a step you don’t need. Product leaves storage, travels to a separate facility, gets processed, and comes back. Every transfer adds time, cost and cold chain risk.

At Pakval, repack and thaw runs from the same building as your 3PL warehousing. Product moves from frozen storage into our thaw rooms, then straight to the repack line. No truck movements between sites. No third-party handoffs. No gaps in your cold chain.

We handle thaw back, relabelling, date coding, display builds and promotional packing. Retail-ready formats, seasonal kits, variety packs. If your product needs to go from a bulk frozen format to a shelf-ready pack, it happens here, with full traceability from pallet to shelf.
