HACCP, SQF and WQA certified quality assurance for food, beverage and FMCG brands. Verified inbound, controlled in-process, audited outbound.
Pakval’s food quality assurance program is maintained across every stage of your supply chain. Inbound shipments are inspected against specifications. Stock is monitored through storage and handling. Outbound orders are checked against retailer requirements before they leave the facility. Every step is documented.
For FMCG brands, quality assurance in the food industry is not a single audit at the end of the line. It’s a continuous process that protects your product, your brand and your retailer relationships. We treat it that way.
Pakval facilities holds HACCP, SQF and WQA certification. We deliver against those standards day in and day out, across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
Quality assurance starts the moment your product arrives at a Pakval facility and continues until it’s accepted by your retailer.
When stock comes in, our inbound QA team verifies it against the shipping documentation, checks packaging integrity and confirms temperature compliance for chilled and frozen goods. From there, product moves into storage under continuous monitoring, with handling, picking and packing all subject to standardised QA checks. Before dispatch, every outbound order is verified against retailer requirements, including labelling, pallet configuration and delivery specifications.
This is a standardised quality assurance program that runs the same way across all four of our facilities. Whether your stock is held in Melbourne or Adelaide, the inspection points, documentation and audit trail are consistent.
Stock is verified the moment it arrives, before it enters your inventory.
Issues are identified before product is booked into inventory. If a shipment doesn’t meet specification, we hold it, document the discrepancy and work with your team on the response, whether that’s rework, return or rejection.
Once stock is in the facility, the QA process continues through every touch point.
The systems are designed to catch errors before they leave the warehouse. If a pick scan doesn’t match the expected SKU, the system stops the order. If a temperature reading drifts outside the agreed range, the alert goes to the warehouse floor and to the documentation log at the same time.
HACCP, SQF and WQA certification aren’t a once-off effort. They require ongoing audit readiness.
We maintain audit-ready documentation across every facility, every day. When an external auditor arrives, the records are current, the protocols are followed and the staff know the process. HACCP compliance is built into how the facility runs.
Quality assurance extends through to dispatch and back into the process.
When a retailer flags an issue, we investigate the root cause and adjust the process. Recurring problems get tracked, escalated and resolved at the source. The goal is to close the loop between what happens in the facility and what your retailer sees on the truck.
Pakval’s QA records are available to brands that need to respond to their own audits, recalls or regulatory queries.
When a retailer requests evidence behind a delivery rejection, when a regulator asks for product traceability, or when a recall needs lot-level identification, the underlying records already exist. Batch numbers, temperature logs, pick accuracy data, handling documentation and dispatch records are maintained per shipment, accessible on request.
For brands that are themselves SQF or HACCP certified, the documentation Pakval provides forms part of the operational evidence that supports your own certification. When your auditor asks what your 3PL does, you can show them.
Food safety and quality management isn’t a single department at Pakval. It runs through warehousing, repacking, thaw and delivery as one connected program. The same standards apply whether your product is in frozen storage, moving through the repack line or on its way to a distribution centre.
For brands using Pakval for multiple services, this means one QA program covering your full operation, with one set of audit records, one team accountable and one point of contact for compliance issues.
If you need food quality assurance built into your warehousing and logistics, we’d like to hear about your product range, your retailer requirements and your current compliance challenges.
